SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Submission Requirements
- All submissions must be original work and should not be previously published or under review elsewhere.
- All submissions must be written and presented in English.
- The abstract should be written between 200 and 300 words.
- Authors should prepare their full papers using the provided template. (See Manuscript Template)
- APA 7th Edition citation style must be followed as shown in the template.
- Submissions must be made through the submission portal at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/.
- All submissions must be anonymised. Author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements must be removed. Self-citations that could reveal the author’s identity should be avoided.
- Full papers shouldn’t exceed 10 pages.
2. Language Policy
- The official language of the conference is English. All submissions, presentations, and official communications must be in English.
3. Plagiarism Policy
- The conference organisers maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and academic misconduct.
- All submissions should be checked for plagiarism by the authors before submission.
- If any submission is found to contain plagiarised content, it will be rejected without review. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the paper will be retracted from the proceedings.
4. Scientific Board and Review Process
- The conference uses a double-blind peer-review process.
- Submissions are evaluated based on originality, technical soundness, significance, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference scope.
- At least one member of the Scientific Board will review each submission based on their field of expertise.
- Acceptance decisions will be made based on academic quality, relevance, and originality.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection through the Submission Portal.
5. Presentations
- Each accepted full paper will be presented either on-site at Ege University or online, depending on the author’s selection during registration.
- The presentation format (oral or poster) must be specified during registration.
- Presentations will be 10 minutes long, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
- Presentation files must be prepared using the provided Symposium Template. (See Presentation Template)
- At least one registered author must present the accepted paper at the conference.
6. Registration Fees
- The participation and presentation in the symposium are free of charge.
7. Attendance Expectation
- Invitation letters will be provided to authors if needed.
8. Publication Details
- All accepted and presented papers will be published in the official conference proceedings book.
